Top 10 Nail Varnish
So to get me started I thought this would be the perfect post. I love to paint my nails tonnes of different colours, trying new brands and formulations.
In no particular order here are my top 10 nail polishes:
BarryM Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint in Blue Grape.
I love the colour of this polish, it's really good all year round, as it's quite a deep blue but pretty bright too. The formulation of the nail polish is really thick and it lasts so long on the nails. I love the Gelly range by BarryM but this is definitely my favourite.
BarryM Nail Paint in Raspberry.
I searched i every stand in Superdrug and Boots to find the perfect autumn/
winter colour for my nails, and I eventually found the perfect burgundy shade. The formulation is lovely and I usually apply 2 coats to make it really opaque. I really love this shade.
BarryM Nail Paint in Berry.
BarryM have really took over my top 10. They're really good, amazing thick formulas and really easy to apply. This is the perfect shade when you have a tan, as your skin tone really makes the lilac colour stands out.
Maybelline Super Stay 7 Days in Mint for Life.
This Maybelline Super Stay is the perfect mint colour. It's not that turquoise colour that everyone calls 'mint' it's a true mint green with a subtle hint of green. It lasts so long on the nails and the brush is perfect for an easy application.
Essie in Off The Shoulder
This is my only Essie nail varnish, and from this I'd definitely buy again! I love the coral colour and easy application by the thick brush and formula. This polish is definitely a winner!
Rimmel 60 Seconds in Instyle Coral
I love a good Rimmel polish as the thick squared off brush makes nail painting easy! On the pictures the polish looks really orange but believe me it's much more coral than that! These polishes are really lovely and really do dry in 60 seconds!7
Rimmel I Love Lasting Finish in Double Decker Red
I think every girl looks for that perfect red shade to brighten up an outfit, and this is the one for me! It has an amazing shine on the nails and the brush is again really thick and squared for easy application, it's the perfect colour!
O.P.I Nail Lacquer in Kiss Me on My Tulips
If there's anything good about this it is the name, its probably my favourite nail name of them all! It's a really good nail polish to have in your collection as its that standard pink that every nail polish lover needs, it's got a great formulation that only need 1-2 coats!
Revlon Colorstay in 200 Stormy Night
This is the perfect grey toned polish. It's a lovely grey colour with a hint of brown. The down point to this polish is you do need to apply 2-3 coats, so it isn't a quick application but the brush is good, and it's a lovely colour.
17 Nail Polish
Sorry! This polish came in a gift set at Christmas and has no name or number but I couldn't not include it! Its the perfect neutral colour! If you do like it though Lychee by BarryM is quite similar.
